Hi,
Sorry for the delay in creating the mod. It was very difficult to combine the playmat and bicycle objects. I finally managed to finish it, although it's far from perfect.
Yes, I made a stroller mod for infants and toddlers. For infants, you can place them on the stroller just like you would a playmat, because all the interactions are from the playmat object. For toddlers, it's similar to a bicycle; you have to have the toddler sim sit down and the adult sim start riding the stroller.
Consequences
- The infant sim sometimes returns to its original position. This is because one of the playmat posture animations doesn't use the target IK.
- Infant Sims will disappear when another adult Sim picks them up. This is difficult to work around.
- Infant Sims or toddlers will be added to the inventory when the adult Sim finishes riding. This is only for strollers that support inventory.
Yes, there are still many shortcomings. I actually want to continue looking for a way around all of them, but I don't want you to be disappointed because I'm too late.
I hope you still enjoy this stroller mod, even with its many shortcomings.

each time i put my infant in the stroller she just lays flat at the bottom

After trying to install and delete both versions multiple times, stroller will not appear in build/buy (yes, checked under transportation>bikes)
