On top of our March Patreon Exclusive episode of BOTC, which will be appearing in your feeds before the end of the month, we recorded another episode with the lads from The Yogscast.
The good news is that you’re getting it as a free bonus episode now!
The bad news is that everything went wrong during that second recording because the gods of tech were not on our side. The zoom recording semi-froze, some audio did not record… Rough, because it is an excellent game and we didn’t want you to miss it.

It's been a while since I ran this, but at a quick glance it looks like you're referring to a High priestess being sent to a Puzzlemaster. There are many reasons why this could be extremely useful to the town. First of all, it helps solve the Outsider count, which ultimately leads to working out which evils are in play. But with Puzzlemaster, it also lets the HP know that one player's info is guaranteed to be drunk, and enables them to work with the Puzzlemaster to figure out which player that is, possibly leading to finding out who the Demon is. - Ben

Awesome game! Josephine is really coming into her own. I think one more time as the demon and she gets the 5th one free! She picked great minions and it's always entertaining watching madness. That wish was glorious as well. Super fun, and the tech issues weren't that bad. The editing team did a great job piecing it together.

Good players after a couple days are offering themselves up for a kill. If you are a good player, and it’s nearing the end of the game, maybe try not to die. Good game Mara and Chris, Josephine made a good move with her 1 after dom died. They asked Mara who she wants to nominate. And she can’t decide, but ends up nominating and trying to make a case for one (SUS)

Yeah, that Wish was great. Just big enough to mess with people and alter the strategy of the game, but just subtle enough that they don't notice immediately and the price for it wasn't too high.

The Fisherman's ability text reads: ""Once per game, during the day, visit the Storyteller for some advice to help your team win."" It has to be during the day. Consequently, the rest of the players have the right to witness the player privately chat with the Storyteller. - Ben

Yeah I think so although …. With the wizard ability …. In theory you could wish the ability to use abilities during the night. Still up to the story teller to allow for it or not

You will have e to watch it…. She is the demon, but gains the fisherman ability. If it truly has to happen in the day though and she can’t ask it at night I guess that answers that question though

Really enjoyed this one! I don't mind the technical issues at all as this feels like an unexpected present. Also: Did anyone else notice that Mara didn't do her "Hey there, we haven't spoken" nomination?

Very interesting game. Great use of the Cerenovus madness to make Laurie look guilty and a really fun Wizard rule. Also helped that Nilsey did as much for the evil team as the minions…

Some thing that could be really cool is for the wizard to wish for a demon ability or a minion ability that is not on the script.

I didn't get a chance to say this when the original episode with Zylus & Nilesy came out, so THANK YOU for having those two on! The Yogscast & NRB crossovers make my heart so happy, and I was flipping out when I found out that Zylus was in the previous video / this video <3 <3 <3 Now to get Ben (Ben Edgar of the Yogscast, not Daddy Ben) in NRB's videos, ahh... I WOULD DIE HAPPY.
