I have been struggling with malabsorption due to SIBO which has lasted for years and it is what I believe responsible for my chronic fatigue syndrome. In an attempt to fix it I've gotten much worse during the transition to a healthier elimination diet over the last 9 months with all kinds of trials and errors. I've gotten better but still recovering. I'm now less than 50kg which is over 5kg skinner than the time I made this video. Not sure when I can restart video production but I know it's coming. I kinda feel I look better when I've lost some weight, what do you think.
