Quip. You ramped up your intensity in output so much from a month ago. Its good youre doing better, but I caution the cycle of excess rest and burnout. Its unhealthy and hard to sustain. Find a pace that feels just slightly too slow, and eventually you will find you can keep that pace indefinitely and when needed speed or slow down. Give yourself wiggle room.
