Have you ever considered the manner in which you might leave this earth when it’s your time to go? Death by fire, drowning, or being shot & killed are only some of the greatest fears held by many that have contemplated their own mortality. It’s very rare that these worst case scenarios will ever play out in real life...but the frightening truth is, that they sometimes do. In August of 2015, 31 year-old ex-beauty queen Judy Malinowski would be a victim of such unexpected & horrific events...when she was burned alive by her abusive boyfriend at a Speedway gas station in Gahanna, OH. Death is inevitable for all of us...but when drugs, homelessness, & domestic violence are the major components of an individual’s environment...one can only hope they’re able to make it out, before it’s too late…

We all have the right to have legal representation, but as a defense lawyer, there should be some boundaries not to be crossed. This woman who has to be in obvious pain none of us can even fathom is being attacked yet again by by the defense. What shame! How do they live with themselves?
