They planned to get away for the 4th of July weekend, as well as make some routine repairs to the cabin. But when they didn’t return home the following Monday, their son contacted the Dane County Sheriff’s Office to report the couple missing… only there was no sighting of them at their cabin earlier in the week, or any indication that they were ever actually there…
