Download stuck? Behind-the-Scenes Fixes in Progress!

Wanted to drop a quick update about some tweaks going on behind the scenes. Their devs are currently reformatting a lot of the streamable assets to make things run smoother for everyone. If you’re seeing a stuck download bar or any slowdown—especially in scenes with extra immersive effects, like those with leaves scattered on the ground or special event scenes—don’t worry, it’s a temporary thing!
Scenes with just the core captures like maxx immersion category and most of our scenes should work fine.
Massive thanks for your patience and support as these improvements get ironed out. Your backing makes it all possible, and trust us, it’s all aimed at giving you a more seamless, reliable experience. Stay tuned for smoother scenes ahead, and thanks for sticking with us through the upgrades! 🙌

That's weird. Usually click item, wait for download and than click again after download is finished. Does it happen on all experiences or only a few?

Yeah when you click the video nothing happens. Menu stays up

Hi Scott, sorry to hear that. So download reaches 100% and you click on the thumbnail and the menu is still staying without opening the scene? Or is the menu disappearing after clicking the thumbnail/Experience?

Hi, I can download the videos fine. But when I click them nothing happens? Not really sure what to do. Tried restarting, different videos, reinstalling, nothing worked
