Still waiting for the Korea trip. The food is above and beyond the best in Asia (my South American friends love the food in Korea) and incredible mountains right on the coast. Agree with Thai people, I was thinking they were kind for an underlying reason but, no, they're just super kind!!

We have so much Mexican food in NJ, that I assumed I've seen it all. I was so wrong. The food, including street food, around Oaxaca and Mexico City was such a treat. Be sure to try the national dish, Chile en Nogada. It's risky to answer that question before visiting India. They like cheese, too :)
