I would so be not tempted to pay that parking ticket. I googled because I was curious, And while there is a selection of varying opinions, chances are If you do not pay it, you could have trouble if you try to return to the country. But some also said if it's a rental car, and you do not pay it, it will get ticketed to the rental organization and from there they will have no problem charging your credit card without explanation. But who truly knows and I suppose it depends how badly you want to go back there again! I know that if you do not pay a parking ticket in Wisconsin, they will kindly send you a letter to your residence in the United States letting you know that you are no longer welcome to their state. Lol
