GAMEBOOK: Lounging in Ecstasy, Chapter 2

To access this game, simply download the zipped folder, extract it into your smut folder (we all have one), and then open the "index" html file—ideally with Chrome, though I believe Firefox usually works fine for people?

Oh my gosh this was so difficult to write. Really fun, and really difficult—I didn't get to the lust sprites this chapter after all, though I have plans to work them in later. This is also a pretty denial-focused chapter, but don't worry, that's all just some yummy buildup for the protagonist suffering in Chapter Three. ;)
Mind you, I think I know now part of what's making the Gamebook so hard to work on, and from now on, these segments will be much more narrowly focused—no more "hallways of doors". It's enough to face one or two threats and have to decide what to do about them without also getting to choose between those threats. Honestly, I'd rather be able to focus on a couple good scenes than try to cover my bases for three or four! :P
Anyways, a reminder that these gamebook chapters are kinda "WIPs" and a way for me to charge them to the Patreon in a reasonable manner. There will be substantial editing when it's all compiled together. For now, my main goal is just to get it written. So if it feels like this needs more editing, it probably does! Just take comfort in that the finished product will be, well, very long and much more thoroughly cleaned up.
In the meantime, any lovely who cares to offer feedback will earn a gold star from me! Such a sparkly, pretty star, and so hard to look away from... or a normal star, if you like. ;P
I think we're maybe a third of the way through this book. Misty Lounge Regulars, I'm going to try to give you all a little bit more say from here on out—we're close to exiting the areas I've got planned already. And I would honestly love to hear if any of you have suggestions for anything the protagonist might want to do!
Coming next chapter: The protagonist must face a very, very hospitable Thriae who is only too eager, after the torment he's been through, to give him all the pleasure he could ever need—along with plenty of sweet, drugged honey to make him a sleepy, obedient toy, naturally.

I love the way this is done and it's neat you can utilize a pop up box for things. It would be really cool if in the final book you could put simple images in the text or pop up. Maybe an image of the spiral spinning slowly kinda thing for the door. Can't wait to see more of this book.

Also just as a note, there seems to be an issue with the coding whereby clicking on certain options (like the metal door) doesn't keep all other options enabled even if the option itself is a dead end. This was a feature in LiE 1. Without it we have to restart when we reach these situations. Not a big thing, but adding in the feature would be a great touch!

I think it's going to be around 6-7 chapters long in total, if all goes well. :) And yes, this chapter feels shorter. A lot of the wordcount went into managing all the various options, which is why in the future these chapters are going to be much more focused.

A little late to the party, but the writing is great as usual! Was a bit surprised that I got the endings so quick (then again I only played through twice, choosing the spiral and the staircase respectively) but still enjoyed it all the way through! How many chapters do you think the gamebook is likely to have before you release it in its entirety?

Is it possible to share the story in pdf format? I mainly use mobile devices so an archive with html and js inside isn’t a most convenient option.

Me neither! This chapter turned out really sparse on "gentle indulgence" and really harsh on "teasing protagonist brainless". I almost felt a little bad writing it.
