So here, at long last, is an MS Paint-scratched map of the Lacratian Continent (and neighboring islands). I hope it's easy to understand!
I'm going to make a second version that shows where stories take place, but also, feel absolutely 2100% free to ask me about any locations that interest you—either "where did this thing happen" or "what is this location on the map here"—and I'll be happy to clarify or show the location on the map!
I really hope this is interesting to some of you! It was really nice to finally get the locations down once and for all. There are a couple continuity issues, but nothing too drastic (I just need to edit one line in Intrepid Pawns and one line in Hearthside Haze when I get the chance).
Oh, also, I marked this post as Goblin Vault so people can find it later, but it's available now for all my lovelies, 'cause I promised. <3
UPDATE: This is obviously not the prettiest of maps, but here's an indication of where every major story takes place! Naturally, stories set in the Wild Continent, the Prince's Bride setting, or in the pseudo-modern world of Teros aren't shown. :P

The Emerald Jungle is where all the plant-themed demons *don't* come from, because the landbridge was destroyed when the forest went bad. :P

THE NORTHERN ISLE ARE JUST HEARTS ABOVE THE WOMAN'S HEAD, this is just SMUT is the emerald jungle where all the subs come from, given that it's the continent suckling from the titty

SOMEONE was gonna point it out. Let's say that the Emerald Jungle is not an altogether natural landmass. For instance, it didn't used to be connected to Dembiga at all. Those connecting peninsulas are new.

The fate of Redhallow is alluded to in Unliving Lust—Alrek has been there in his youth. The Glass Tower was captured in a Fey Revel, and now it's, let's say, a nonstop party over there. Whether the wizards originally wanted one or not.
