Great work, as always! In the third chapter, there are at three bits that I especially like: The Belli POV part shows that Lynni didn't do anything to undo her conversion, she’s simply twisted it to her advantage. The idea that a love leech can only speak to those it has already enthralled works great as a milestone in the story to show Garin's fall. The ending with the ultimate motivation of the leech and why she chose Garin shows her motivations as one of the Dead beautifully. It’s not about ”sabotaging the group of evil humans”. It’s just about having a supply of sweet things to attach her lips to and suck forever and ever.
