🕑 Added 2020-08-11 05:36:47 +0000 UTCI love that in dreams I'm so willing to go along with things that are completely illogical, and all that really matters are the feelings they inspire. I used to have awful, unimaginably violent and gruesome dreams. Through much work in waking life, I've been able to calm them down to simply stressful dreams. Only once do I recall having a truly good dream, and I believe it was a vision into my future. It felt so peaceful and satisfying and safe and wonderful, and it keeps me leading with hope. One day I will live that beautiful dream.

I believe the harsh dreams come out when we are stressed and completely overwhelmed from past activities... When we relax and look back at all that we have accomplished up to that point in our lives... Then our dreams become more relaxed and focused.... Activities up until bed time... Like making videos for everyone to enjoy... Puts everyone in a youthful frame of mind... You have to find that which relaxes you and do it as you are doing it now... O... By the way... Good Morning... I'm late on my activities as it's past 3:00 am in the morning... About 6 hours sleep is all I need for my daily activities... You are such a dream... Thanx... Have a good day... 😘
