I actually made a video for this particular bento box idea to post on TikTok as well, but YouTube doesn't like it because it's so short. So it's just a picture like all of the previous bento boxes.

Some have asked if these are meant to be a meal or a snack. That really just depends on your goals. We do make them high enough in calories and macros to be sufficient for a full meal. But if you have a higher calorie target, these make great snacks between meals to help bump up your daily caloric intake.

These bento boxes have been so good for my growing-like-a-weed 8th grader who seems to think he can survive on air. I showed him how much he should be eating and heβs been enjoying your recipes so much, and the bento boxes make it so easy to prep a weeks work of lunches on Sunday afternoon.
New to the group, so thank you for the add. I love the bento box idea. Who knew you could add water to powdered peanut butter and make it look like the high fat peanut butter. For me, I would just remove the pretzel crisps to stay within my diabetic carb intake for meals, and voila I have a full healthy lunch!
How much water do you add to the powdered peanut butter?

I love these! I donβt always put it together the way you do but it gives me ideas on what to put together in my box for lunch so that I get a variety of protein, veggies and fruits.
