I already do this for Tina's tattoos most of the time. The problem is that it ends up looking awkward if there are a lot of copypasted details in every frame that don't fit well with the hand-drawn lines.

You could always draw Tina's tattoos out on a master reference page, then copy/paste them and use the Warp Transform tool/function to quickly conform them to her body. If the tattoos are super detailed or the references are really big before you downsize them, then they might become a bit blurry as you transform them, but it shouldn't be a significant quality loss in most cases. Tattoos can look quite nice when done right, so hopefully this'll help you achieve the look you're going for. :)
