Minor Votation STARTS

Ok guys, here is how this works. Every now and then I'll make a picture based on certain themes. These themes can be decided on my own and in the Picture Development Post people can suggest their own themes and characters to include in this posts.
Rules for the current picture:
- Depending on your pledge is the number of Minor Votes you can use.
- All your Minor Votes refills in each picture.
Each person can vote a max of 3 times per character or theme, if you have
more than 3 votes, you have to split your votes betwen the options.
- A person who miss the rules will be notified, if no response the votes will be rearranged to meet the rules.
- If there is a draw, the theme or character named first on the votes will be picked.
- Winner Themes and Characters can't be repeat in a row.
- Themes and Characters suggested by people have a chance to keep appearing depending in how many votes their suggestions got.
- You can edit your votes as long as it is before the votation ends.

This picture will only be colored if I have extra free time.

- Characters: (2 characters on the Pic)
- Restrictions: A minimum of 1 female. (Picture must be straight or yuri)
- If ☺ is present in a character name, it means an user could be selected to use their OC

Add Internal (Requieres: 5 Votes or more) (In case of 69 a close up is added for the side that is less visible)
Clarifications:
Toys, Objects or Tails will be used if needed (Size, Diff, Lesb pairings, etc)
Gender of the Character can be specified in the comments only if the character has (M/F) on it.
