I feel the logical assumption is that Saiya is going to sabotage Tessa's corset in some way to ensure it bursts in the middle of a class. It fits both with everything Saiya is saying (Tessa kinda wanting it), and wouldnt be necessarily THAT out of character for her to do this bad thing (it would be way out of character for Saiya at the beginning of the story, but she's changed). I think the skeleton imagery isn't meant to be literally morbid, but moreso indicative of how evil this plan would be: if Saiya were to do what I'd said, it'd likely result in Tessa just dropping out of school, which considering she has basically tanked her streaming career, would be a really bad outcome for Tessa.
