And I just went to the page the southern feathers were shown(Diner with sister page 9), they share a very large resemblance, plus given how the nurse doesn't seem that conern, maybe that's like a puberty thing for southern, where the feathers just fall like that? Idk

I hope this section/chapter of the story doubles back around to the "flashback" from way earlier in the story. This is a good chance for teas to open up and explain everything, being essentially at rock bottom emotionally. And a good chance for the main character to realize just how much she has messed up.... And a chance to make the weird love triangle a little more complicated/dramatic. 🐵
