(Voting) Funding Shop UPDATED

Explained (and probably confusing) version:
Currently your votes value will vary between 1-3 depending on how many people vote each month. (this numbers can change if more patrons joins) This is because the total value points each month will be capped at 100, so if less people vote the votes have more value.
Example: If your vote are worth 2 points and you put 7 votes into Varied Content, that equals 14 point. Varied Content needed a minimum of 10. Therefore it would be funded.
