Hey Matt, Just wondering if now that you are in japan do you have any interest on going onto something like the trash taste podcast? Seems like a good way to spread the immersion/refold methodology.

Hey Ian, this has more to do with you than with the activity. If you're the kind of person that pays less attention because you've seen the show before, then yeah, it would be better to use a new show. However, if you are the kind of person that can pay 100% attention to something you've already immersed in, then it shouldn't matter at all. Personally, I only sentence mine from new shows because I don't pay as much attention to ones I've seen before. -Ethan

Hi Matt, Would you say with sentence mining it is better to find something that is random or that a person has not watched since if something has been watched one might not concentrate or miss sentences to mine because they thought they understood the full meaning because they have watched it before?
