I was told that the second dose would be difficult since the body was still not accustomed to the new medicine. And everything seems to be relatively good for me. Well, how can I say, as a not entirely healthy person, everything is fine, but there are certain problems. I have a very strong physical and psychological weakness. It’s quite difficult for me to wake up, because I’m constantly sleepy, and I sleep a lot now. I want to start doing at least some physical activity since I will soon be shooting new videos. Yes, I'm still working, video editing is the most important thing these days. I have now set myself the goal of working as hard as possible to regain everything I have lost. This may not be noticeable to you, but my earnings have dropped dramatically and I need to get out of the survival stage and into the normal one. I'm currently preparing several videos for myself so that I can post them as soon as I record new ones. As I said earlier, I would like to start training my body so that I no longer have difficulties with climbing. I have one goal, which is to climb the highest chimney in Europe, and I need to be seriously prepared for this.
I'm also planning to do a stream this weekend just to chat with you. I hope everything goes well and I can communicate with you

I think doing some exercises will not only be good for you physically, but also great for your mental health. It's a really positive thing to do and makes a great foundation to take on other challenges in life. I do exercises every morning when i wake up, and although it sucks and is really boring, it sets me up for the day, and i feel great after doing them! Live Stream at the weekend!?
