Blazing lights flash up into the sky, scattering the night air in a call to all who would wish to see combat. The arena. Ritual fights and dances weren't uncommon back on the Island, but the way the Amporians flock to that great pit to watch violence enacted puts a knot in your stomach.
Yet it's hard to deny the allure of the lights, the sound, the crowd. Hard to deny the power of pressure from others, when your own choice seems so small going against the grain...

Aww haha yes, Nelo is definitely back in the spotlight for a time. I guess you could say Amporia is sort of a "Europe" analog, so there's tons of accents and languages. 🥰

This is so great! So many excellent characters and great acting, and I’m never lost. Fantastic work Eli! I want to go back and listen to the whole thing again just cuz. Also thx for bringing back Nelo in a more substantial way, I’ve missed him. Also where tf is amporia and how come there are so many accents there‽
