A year ago I took a big break in order to get myself on track mentally and physically after a lot of life and mental health issues started weighing on me. I'm not somebody who really likes to be away from work, but I can't deny it was beneficial to have some genuine time off. I don't really let myself have that, and it certainly takes its toll to be constantly "online."
I don't feel nearly as bad as I did a year ago, but I can feel that I've been working myself into a mental corner, and I think vacation would do me good. I know I just took a break in November when I got pneumonia, but what the hell... can't hurt to have a little time to myself when I'm NOT coughing up my lungs, right?
I'll be resuming posting on Monday, February 19th, with a script I've got linked here for you all to have some super early access before I finish writing and get to record it. ๐
