I just realized I forgot to comment on this one and as a completionist, that bothers me. XD I love the reveal that they've already been trying to date each other, and the anxiety and stuff. And it puts into perspective the speaker's nieghborly audacity and also the nervousness and is very cute. I'm also too silly not to enjoy a 'come inside' joke. The ending is adorable.
