Give yourself lots of grace! I hope that everything evens out for you soon and that this medication and dose works for you. Take time when you need to. I really enjoyed this ramble. Do I play video games? No lol but if its your voice I HAVE to listen. Your voice is my safe sound. I play my Eli playlist on quinn every night to go to sleep (if you ever wonder why the metrics for “still cant believe you said yes” and “gamblers choice” go up by a listen every night between 9:30pm and 10:45pm thats me lol). There is something very soothing about just hearing you talk about every day things.
