Mélodie here: if you love choux pastries chouquettes are **the best**. In France we buy them by the dozen and wolf them down on the way home. They’re so simple, delightfully light and fluffy, and there’s nothing but choux pastry and a bit of pearl sugar in top. Truly a connoisseur’s pastry 😄 you can make them at home quite easily!
