Why I have to keep making more funding..

Horses are not slaves to be bought and sold and beaten and eaten and tortured and starved, and ill and captive.. Horses were once as wild and free as birds in the sky. They galloped the earth, living their unique lives full of their own desires, family dramas, loves, and joy! When abused horses come to me, they are afraid, void in personality. They have been "broken" by man, to be an obedient tool, or pay the price of insubordination... By the time they've been with me for a month, a little personality starts showing. Sometimes they are secretly very clever pranksters! Sometimes they are cuddle bugs who just want to be held.. sometimes they are wild and fun around and leap for joy! Mostly they are all piggies and junkies for LMF Gold their favorite oats ever! Some are leaders of the herd, some are underdogs always fighting to become top dog. Some are social butterflies and very talkative! Anyways, within a few months, they begin to feel safe, and once they are no longer preoccupied with fearing for their survival, they begin to enjoy life! Horses love to be horses, and it is deeply sad for me that so many horse souls never get the opportunity to realize their full potential to enjoy being a horse! So that is what I offer here. A safe place to be yourself, to enjoy yourself, to tell me who you are without fear of punishment, abandonment or judgement. I am here for the horses that I can afford to rescue, and I am always here for all of you, who make it possible for me to give them all happy lives.
It is a very big task to take on, but it is my mission to put an end to these kill pen King pins. I spoke with a vet good animal rights lawyer who basically told me I would end up spending 20 to 50k just to slap one guy on the wrist for the abuse of hundreds of thousands of horses that he has brought to his kill pen, where the strangles disease is rampant and infected every single horse before he sends them to slaughter. From this particular bad guy, I have saved 7, including three babies, and one of the mares came to us already pregnant again.. So I am thinking, dreaming, planning a way to end this insanity. First I will do everything I can to gain the ear of as many people as I can reach, and I will educate them on the abuses happening in our country, and together we can work to find a solution!
In the meantime.. I may need 8k and a țruck and trailer to drive to Texas, and some kind of instrument of stopping power to stop these jerks who infuriate me and keep me up at night just knowing they exist.

I know, I'm sorry! But imagine him getting to live with me! I give the horses carrots AND apples AND oats and kisses and cuddles every day! They are in heaven here, and that is because of people like you. And I promise you I am working on finding ways to reduce the amount of cruelty that happens in the first place, through a footie educational program.
