I think Beomseok is a good example of like the methods cults use- when he was at his most miserable and vulnerable, the new friends appeared and gave him exactly what he wanted (revenge on his bullies) and essentially love bombed him

I feel like beom seok sees suho as someone as strong, confident and can’t be bullied, which are all the things he feels that are opposite to himself. So it’s like he hates him for being the things he wants to be. And i feel like because suho is too nice and beom seok knows suho essentially sees him as a friend that he would be easy to attack and take his anger out on. Like beom seok is angry at how everyone else treated him but chooses the easiest person he knows would try to help him the most. People keep trying to say they feel sorry for beom seok with his loneliness, abuse and prior bullying. But i think it doesn’t excuse how he treated suho after helping him alot while trying to be his friend. The moment he started messing with suho is when i didn’t care about his loneliness.

lol the way no one can make me like beomseok im surprised people are defending him . The difference between how beomseok and Sieun handled things is crazy . Suho treated them both the same n always told them both not to cross the line . They both have unpleasant home situations ik beomseok is more drastic ,both get bullied but sieun didn’t turn out tht way . He has no excuse.

Yk honestly nobody should “defend” him for the stuff he did cuz it was obviously wrong but i would say his mind was j fked up due to the trauma he went through. He needs serious help on the verge of mental illness help ykwim? I feel like he mustve felt “oh the one friend i thought i had also looks down on me like everyone and uses me” like how his dad used him for fame and his bullies used him for money and fun. So the minute he got to know he can take revenge on one person who looked down on him, he went for it. I feel like even if it was someone else he wudve done the same and Suho just happened to be that person

(wht u wrote in the description i agree wholeheartedly) all suho wanted from beomseok was to not cross the line thts all he ever wanted from him, not one scene did it show tht suho ever looked down on him. he was by his side no matter wht, he sat there and listened to beomseok tell him about his bullies and told him to call them up bc he was gonna make them apologize to him tht day no matter wht and the fact tht suho is becoming his target when he has been nothing but nice still blows me. wht beomseok has been through is truly sad but i cant justify hurting ur friend and projecting wht u have been through on them when they have done nothing but be a FRIEND, i rlly dont understand why what he has been doing to suho is being defended.

Beomseok is grasping for control of his life and he is grabbing on to all the wrong things. I understand where his feelings and chaotic thought patterns are coming from but what he is doing is inexcusable.
