I kinda excused his behavior because I knew that he didn’t have the full story. What he said to Sieun was kinda messed up BUT he apologized to him multiple times for it so I just overlooked it afterwards. I grew to like him from that point forward.

I like how they pretty much gave us one episode for each of the main guys, 1st episode juntae, 2nd episode Gotak and now at the end of this episode starting Baku

What i see is that juntae looks at sieun like he is sort of a mentor to him, almost like a big brother type. And i see the parallel on how sieun kinda seen suho like a sort of mentor in suho’s unique kind of way as well. Notice how he keeps going to suho’s hospital room and texting him as if he is writing journal entries to someone he is seeking advice, some sort of support and approval from.

We need to put ourselves in Hyun-tak's shoes though. He doesn't know anything about Sieun's personality or intentions. A new kid transfers to his school and all he hears about the guy are the rumors that are spreading around (which he isn't even sure are true). I don't think it's far fetched for Hyun-tak to let his emotions get the best of him and have clouded judgement given what little he knows. I wish he would have just approached Sieun and asked him straight up so they could get it squared away instead of it escalating
