Yeah, 100% - fucked beyond repair. What's this huge correction everyone talks about? Historic examples of the results of long-term economic imbalance aren't pretty... I can see Labor further haemorrhaging votes to The Greens and Independents in 2025 if their housing policies don't grunt.

On the closing day of parliament last year Tony Burke ran around to every Labor office and forced us into the parliamentary band room - about 200 people counting politicians + staff - to be fair he was pretty good - what wasn’t good was us all, including albo, getting covid right before Christmas

I'm no expert but I think that housing in this country is a poisoned chalice, even if the Liberals somehow get in next election. I think housing due to the current events is fucked and the fact of the matter is that we need a HUGE CORRECTION to the housing market.

Oh my Lord!! I am so happy I am able to get back on the Patreon for the pod. I have been unable to renew my subscription on my old account for 2 months and it was driving me mad.
