last month wasn't good. at the beginning of the month it felt like the two medications i started were fine, but the antidepressant ended up causing me to start yawning all the time to the point where it was just like involuntary hyperventilation, which is apparently a rare side effect. the other medication has been causing a hard to explain reaction that i have to talk to my psych about, it's jarring and repetitive so i'm probably just going to stop that one entirely also.
on the plus side, i've been getting more used to the new place, so it's calmed me down a bit, and i have a therapy appointment in a week with a new therapist. i figure if i have some insurance that covers it and there's somebody in the area who accepts it, why not try it. my GP also prescribed a different muscle relaxer that lasts longer and a prescription NSAID for skeletal inflammation which has worked a lot better for the neck tightness. so that's one thing taken care of.

oh man i also had yawning but with my effexor, its such a specific kind of yawn and its so involuntary and the levels of discomfort are awful.. i cant imagine how uncomfortable it is to have it to that point you had <:( i hope youre able to get medication sorted! im rootin for ya!!
