A reading of the Five Remembrances by Thich Nhat Hanh leads us into a brief centering with alternate nostril breathing to balance. The sequence includes dynamic and static twists in moving eagle arms for the upper spine, seated twists for the mid spine, and reclined twisted roots for the lower spine. After each twist sequence, find a blissful moment of being in supported heart opener. We end the practice with movements to facilitate an energetic cleansing before a peaceful shavasana.

- I am of the nature to die. There is no way to escape death.
- All that is dear to me and everyone I love are of the nature to change. There is no way to escape being separated from them.
- My actions are my only true belongings. I cannot escape the consequences of my actions. My actions are the ground upon which I stand.
