V18 'FULL GAMEPLAY PACKAGE' #TU12 RELEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

V18 is here - you've never played FC24 like this before!!!
This version sees the introduction of a SIGNIFICANT and new positional system that has a big impact on match tempo, tactical depth, pitch balance and overall gameplay!
The result is a much more natural and dynamic pitch, where every phase of play feels different and fresh. This applies for how you play, and also how the CPU plays.
The game is no longer stuck in rigid patterns of movement - and formations are no longer 'tied together'. I can't really stress the importance of this - it's a major advancement in gameplay!
Tempo wise, there is a now a much greater scope for different game paces. Matches don't feel all one pace. You can slow the game down and speed it up.

There is now much more depth to teams positional placement across the pitch. This is based on their role and also the context of the situation.
For example, DMs will no longer sit too high and keep getting caught out in transition - they will now hold their position more effectively and protect the back four better.
Tactical instructions still play a massive role, so you can tweak players behaviours if you want to them to advance or sit more etc - but by default everyone will play their position much better now.
There's also a greater scope now for tactical variety. If you want to sit in with a packaged midfield and play on the counter, you can do so much more effectively now compared to any other version of FC24 you've played prior.
It's a difficult one to explain, but you will find there is both more space to express your creatvity in attack, yet also an overall more balanced field defensively to improve variety and also defensive stability.

V18 also improves on further separating elite players from those around them. This impacts animations, dribbling, play style. composure when being pressed and even pressing itself for example.
There are also general improvements made to dribbling fluidity.
Fouls have been refined so that there are less cards by default - but be sure to set your in game referee strictness to 'very lenient' if you find there are still too many cards.
V18 works best in my opinion when it is paired with the NEW 'Press Variation' and NEW 'Pressing Fatigue System' options also! More info on those below.

Those who have the 'Full Gameplay Package', there are a large range of NEW options to choose from, as well as those that existed before.
Some of the NEW options include:
- 'Pressing Variation' option
- 'Pressing Fatigue System' option (regular, strong and extreme)
- 'Mid Press' option
- Attacking Adjustment 3 (lower overall attacking runs and movement)
- Positioning Alternative - Tight
- 'Less Aggressive Dribbling' option
- 'Difficult Goalkeeper' option
- Large ball size option
- More curve + large ball size option
- V17 Fouls Isolation
- V18 Fouls Isolation
There are descriptions in each folder regarding all of the options.
The 'Press Variation' option for example creates a much bigger difference in how effective teams/players are at pressing based on their stats. If you try and press with a lower rated team for example, don't expect them
to be able to implement this as well as teams who are built for it like Liverpool or Arsenal.
The new 'Press Fatigue System' options (regular, strong and extreme) pair really nicely with this option. This creates a much stronger fatigue implementation, meaning you need to think more about your tactical approach - and not just try and press all game, every game without having to think about it.
All of these really add to the overall levels of realism and tactical depth in modded FC24.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Since EA's TU11 - Legendary difficulty is now greatly improved - meaning it's a very viable option for those wanting to jump up from World Class. I now recommend EITHER World Class or Legendary for the mod :)

Remember guys - the mod is very stat based. You will see different behaviour, touches, dribbling, pressing, positioning etc based on WHO you are playing with or against. The learning curve is steeper than what you might be used to - stick with it and enjoy!

Hey Ian. I'm really not sure about that regarding stadiums unfortunately - gameplay is my lane. I have seen a mod somewhere about this I think. Possibly on the FC24 Modding World Discord. Maybe ask in there, or on Evo-Web someone may be able to help you. Regarding the gameplay, which difficulty are you playing? Not sure I agree regarding your assessment but that's all good. If you prefer the V13 movement base, then use the Base D option in the popular older versions and you can add in some options to bring it closer to V19 in the areas you've mentioned. Sounds like that will be a good option for your tastes. Hope this helps!

hello anth, i wanted to ask if you could do somethig or if its possible, when you play kickoff and for any team before you click play you can go to customise right before you get in the match, however in player career mode you are not allowed the access to change the stadium. I was wondering if you could add that access into the game as it would allow me or anyone to play wiht much bigger and nicer stadiums for teams like barca and byern making the experience that much better, if not is their any way to add in a stdium over what has already been preset as when changing the games team stdiums in the settings it only allows 30 options which are all ass. if you just gice access in career mode it would make it much more injoyable. if not like i was saying overriding the prevoius stadiums they have set for barca and byern with what i found to be the best choice, king adbulla sport city for them as its big and unclaimed by a club i think so wouldnt be like using wembley? I know its not your specialty but your the only creator that responds to poeple so i thought id ask. I think your new gameplay mode is very fun and almost perfect except the movemnet, you can easily out pace the defence or anyone and dribbling is to easy, just zoom past on the right and score like regular fifa, i beilive the v13 movement and gameplay makes way more realistic feal, if you combine that with the pressing and play making and fouling ext of v19 it would be perfect.

Awesome update, any chance you could add a tuned down version of the passing error system? Players are struggling even to make simple ground passes while under zero pressure. Sometimes they’ll shoot a rocket pass at someone 3ft from them for example. Thanks for all the mod updates though! I love playing with it.
