95% * x = 80%.... so x = 80%/95% ....x = 84% 95% represents your 2 rep max.
I seem to have miss calculated the rel. Intensity. 6x2@80 actual intensity is 94% when i do the math, but this file gets it to 84%. What am i doing wrong?
