When I had cats, they would only scratch the furniture where I sat. I spent many years living on the floor and avoiding furniture so the cats would ignore it. Otherwise, you really need a good schedule for clipping their claws. :-)

haha big yikes! I'm lucky my cat focuses his claws on his scratching post, but you definitely should think about it, if Kratos and Panda would allow it π

I only have the two pups pictured, but I've always wanted a cat! Growing up I've never had a cat that didn't absolutely destroy the furniture though, so I'm a little hesitant to adopt one π
