Developer update - Once per month update schedule

I've chosen to return to the previous schedule of providing updates once a month, around the start of each month, regardless of the size or number of scenes included. Just like how Chapter 1 updates use to be. But NOW since we got the Rachel and Kendra updates, I don't think anyone is gonna complain now. But its good to be back to monthly updates
