Man I seriously and I mean seriously HIGHLY recommend 86 after Vinland. The show is nothing but a masterpiece. I know you guys would definitely enjoy it plus it’s only “2 seasons” hopefully more to come. Im sure a lot of people would love to see it too! It’s also very good in both sub and dub. As always love the reactions🤍.

You also have to understand that it is also the culture of the vikings, especially the men that dying a glorious death in battle was one of, if not the, greatest honor you can be bestowed upon. Grants you a one way ticket to Valhalla in Asgard where you will be one of the Einherjar where you will drink and feast and other considered debaucheries while also preparing for the last great battle of Ragnarok where Asgard and Valhalla ultimately get destroyed. So, while yes it may seem like they are naive in how the young welcome war, it is also just part of the culture to accept that this is the desired fate of all young men there. Though you'll probably understand more different perspectives as the show goes along.
