oh hard water is a silent assailant. I had hard water before, so I know what hard water hair looks like and it looks exactly like what your hair looks like rn. You would need a clarifying shampoo that you use once every 2-4 weeks to clear the product and mineral build-up. Good luck :)!

Lia that looks like hard water damage so you might need a filter. I'd also recommend weekly oiling (4 hour before shower) and daily serum (before bed or in the morning) :)
