I think that Venezuela- with what sure looks like a potent network of US clandestine agencies woven through the halls of power- will likely become friendlier to US oil companies in order rerun the Mega Oil scam the CIA/MI6 limited hangout folks from Azerbaijan in the early 90s had going back then. It seems like way too good a model not to put in place in order to use Venezuela as a staging area for a strategy of tension across S America
