April schedule updates
🕑 Added 2021-04-01 19:55:20 +0000 UTCHi everyone! Every year around this time when the sun enters my 5th house, I go into a planning and creation mode. With that, I'm going to free up my calendar a bit to restock my shop, develop new offerings, prepare for upcoming events, and allow my intuition to flow. All of my regularly scheduled classes (chakra-themed throughout the month) will stay exactly the same (full class schedule is at https://www.mandigarrison.com/yoga-schedule), but I won't be offering any special events until May. Also, at the end of the day tomorrow, I plan to block off my private session calendar for the entire month of April. If you already scheduled with me, you're good to go. If you want to schedule with me, I'm giving all members the opportunity to do so before EOD tomorrow (don't forget about your coupon code). Of course, at any time you can message me to get on my calendar. All members have priority. :)
Just a reminder that the library can be a quick go-to way to access all classes as well as the coupon codes for all members. I highly recommend adding it to your favorites and saving the password somewhere where it's easily accessible. I just updated this page to include one-stop registration links for all live virtual classes, and all chakra-themed classes are available at the bottom of the page. Here's a teaser of some of the new updates I have in store (you'll see the official announcements rolling in soon).
- Once monthly Sunday Tea Party and Book Club Discussion after Yin (completely free for members). The current book we're reading is Anam Cara by John O'Donohue.
- Two moon circles per month, which will be a free benefit for membership tiers 2&3. These will have a structured format with an intuitive forecast, meditation, and quantum healing. Tiers 2&3 will also have access to the recording, which will be uploaded to Patreon to access again and again. For everyone else, the price point will remain at $6 with your coupon code, and non-members can attend live for $11.
- Once monthly Candlelight Restorative with Yoga Nidra to correspond with astrological events (members can attend at a discounted rate).
- In-person sunset yoga classes on my property. I attached some (very low-res, sorry) images of some of the epic sunsets these past couple of years and so you can see how large the space is. There is also plenty of room for parking. This is TBD based on a few logistical factors, but my heart is hoping! I will also have an option for people to attend virtually. (I live northwest Sterling near the border of East Princeton).
- Advanced power practices for tiers 2&3 with breathwork, kriyas, and challenging pose tutorials.
- Upcoming courses include Introduction to Tarot (in May), Crystal Healing 101 and 102 (May-June), and Deep Dive Tarot (June)
