A good question! It's something she wears because it also helps Alice track her if she gets lost or if something happens to her. It's also her way of honoring the promise, even if she doesn't "need" to!

This is just a general question, but it doesn't seem that Jacklyn has any intention of bailing on Alice. So does she need to wear the collar anymore? Or is it a requirement for those in debt/personal aesthetic choice? I like it either way. I was just curious.
