Switching distribution methods
🕑 Added 2015-08-09 11:41:27 +0000 UTCI'm going to be stopping using Patreon's built-in dashboard, and instead I'll be giving them individually to people. Including daily updates.
This is, unfortunately, due to Patreon not handling account scrapers very well. So until that changes, the method of giving things out is going to change.
I'll also only be sending links out to people whose accounts have not been declined! So make sure you're on the ball with that. I'm going to send out a reminder about declined cards every month so that people can handle that and get their content.

Have you not received them in your messages? I send out links to sketches now via the Patreon inbox tool! Though I also post them when they go up on the site too. Things should be going back to normal, also, because Patreon's making it a lot harder for bots to sign up.

Ohhh, so that's why I had an image sent to me in a message. I was so confused and went to check the site immediately. So this is done because of people signing up as a Patreon and then removing their support before they're charged, only to sign up again once the charge is over, so they won't be charged until next month, and then continuing the cycle? I'm a bit confused what happened. :/ I understand people don't have a lot of money - I mean, I'm on disability and pretty poor! But I wouldn't have signed up if I thought I couldn't pay for at least the seven dollar tier monthly. Your art is amazing and all, and honestly, your NSFW work has helped me personally in feeling less ashamed about my sexuality/sexual expression (I've had some traumatic experiences as well as am grey-ace and non-binary/genderfluid - sorry if that's too personal) but I still think it would be wrong to have been a Patreon if I couldn't afford it! I wish I had been better at commenting though. Is there a way to comment with this method?

Yeah :( it's pretty frustrating! On the bright side, at least forbiddenflora.com has comments now, so people can still comment there when different updates go up.

Its sad people have to do this and ruin it fir everybody else.
I'll be sending links to the pictures each update, which will be hosted on my site. I'd like to figure out a way to streamline people being able to check on their stuff, but for now I'm gonna just have to do it this way.
