A Broken Heart/ Grieving Day...& A Very Grateful Day. Thank you for being you.
🕑 Added 2024-03-06 00:08:26 +0000 UTCI had actually taken off work today (marked it on my calendar last week), from my other main work/ for a publishing company, in order to go live with Patreon again today and post more videos!!
More new videos/ full lengths still coming this week, but Patreon will now be going live TOMORROW (3/6/24) evening, (for those in the U.S., and latest would be 3/7/24, for those in the U.K.)!!
~~Patreon going live today was postponed because unfortunately, it’s been an unexpectedly very difficult day and I've been mourning.
One of my mom and step dad's outside cats was mauled last night (or shot...the vets couldn't tell because he was hurt so badly throughout his body,including organs). His name was JJ, he was about 7 years old, and I called him my "little brother", but I treated him as one of my own cats (like a kid) and he loved every time I visited (to say the very least).
His injuries were so extensive, there was no hope in saving his life (taken to very good vets and received second opinions), and therefore, we had to put him to rest this morning. If you've seen my reactions, you know how I feel about animals...especially my own. I was up the entire night/ haven't slept, and spent the morning and most of the day in tears. I'm happy JJ is no longer in pain, but my heart is broken, for sure. I lost one of my best friends and a sweet baby today. ~~
This is coming after the loss of another outside cat I had “unofficially” adopted when Boo and I moved to our new place (this cat is in the behind the scenes video I’m currently editing for the channel). He went missing (I believe passed away) just over 2 months ago. So, it's truly been an even tougher two months, with now the passing of two fur babies.
It's hard times like these when I always appreciate those around me that much more.
I'm more thankful for you all than I believe you'll ever truly know.

I’ll also be having one day of the week for a video of reviewing & discussing Patreon comments/ the specific comments from all of you that week! I've seen other Patrons who have had channels much longer than me have something similar, and I enjoy it/ think it's a good additional way to stay in touch even more with you all on Patreon ( those who want to join in more ).
The weekly discussion will be recorded on Sundays and posted on Mondays, or recorded on Saturdays and posted on Sundays (tbd).

Thanks, Em McG. It's been quite the day. I honestly can't believe I'm still awake, but I'm sure I'll finally be asleep soon, and tomorrow is a brand new day. I like that you're a "cat whisperer" (as some would say) also. Years ago I used to say/think I didn't even like cats (it seems crazy, now)! I didn't know any better. Thanks, again, for your message. 😇

oh no, that's terrible... Take care of yourself and take it easy. I like cats, I always light up when a cat walks by on video 😊 Two blocks over my friend's house there are a lot of strays and my friend's niece tries to pet them... they're skittish. But I can always get a cat to come to me, I'm a cat mesmer 😶
