Another Hotfix Update

Forgot to re-enable belly struggles, so that is fixed, I've also gone and allowed the player to slow down digestion to a crawl if you so wish.
This will be the last update for some time, I'd like to make this version the next free demo, but only after I have added enough content to the next build that I feel making an older version free is justified.
Till then, I have things to add, and a LOT of animations to make.

I don't really have 'humans' in the world building of rakish wings, but there are anims between tigerman and dragons. Those anthro tigers being the current closest things we have to something 'human'
