I know they're not for everyone, but as someone who was recently in a toxic relationship and has been transitioning into a more healthy one, it's actually very helpful to have a mixture of dark and wholesome themes in the audios I listen to. It's kinda like a safe way to relive the more controlling parts of that past relationship without any of the harm.
