I loved hearing Robbie talk about being impressed that Santa knew he was staying at his grandparents’. I was equally amazed one year when Santa didn’t get me the doll’s house I’d asked for - because he knew my grandparents were giving it to me! How did he know???

A couple weeks late, but this conversation really took me down memory lane, with the mentions of Woolworth's and long-distance calls. For instance, I remembered that a local business in my hometown used to give elderly people in the community access to their phones to make long-distance calls to family and friends overseas. And I definitely recall going Christmas shopping at the mall and Woolworth's! Thanks for the memories.
