I've been working on some pretty cool stuff recently, esepcially my World Edit mod, and today I'd like to share some work-in-progress and behind the scenes with you. Let's get into it!

NEWS: SimSelf Plus - Public Release!
But first, I'd like to remind you that my new small mod: SimSelf Plus just got publicly released this week! It's a complete overhaul of the sim-self interactions (when you click on your own active sim), in the style of what I've done before with CheatsMaster. I reorgnaised the interactions and designed new icons for you to have a clean, easy-to-navigate, and colorful pie menu! You can grab this mod right now, click here!
The categories and icons have been revamped to make them easier to navigate and better looking!

WORLD EDIT 3 - REMAKE IN PROGRESS
For the past few weeks, I've been working almost exclusively on my World Edit mod, remaking it from scratch to provide a whole new way for players to edit and create worlds easily, directly in-game (and without the need to replace core game files) with just a .package and .ts4script file in your mods folder! This has been a big challenge, but it will be worth it because this new tool will allow you to create new custom worlds directly in-game! Plus, it will be the perfect base for me to re-create my own custom worlds Eden Hills and Brookheights when they come back later this year!

The new World Grid adapts to the terrain' s height, and provides many features and menus when you click on the terrain while in World Edit Mode.
Move, Rotate, Scale, and more!
One of the biggest new features of World Edit 3 is the new way to move, rotate, scale, and transfrom objects anywhere! Doing shift+click on any object reveals the new menus to manipulate them on and off-lot! You can move them around, scale them up or down, rotate them, duplicate them, and much more with the new easy-to-navigate menus and interactions designed in the style of my other mods! With the help of the new World Cursor and World Grid, it's never been easier to place objects around your sims' worlds freely!! 🥳

Blank world for you to create YOURS!
World modding is really hard in The Sims 4, for modders to develop but also for players to use... and my goal is to avoid that by having a super-simple mod that doesn't require technical knowledge, easy to install, and that is the most stable possible (not breaking with updates, and no need to re-install a world file after a patch!)
That's why I'm keeping the blank world from World Edit 2 located in Oasis Springs, on the Desert Bloom lot in the middle, which doesn't break with patch updates (this blank world kept working and survived game patches since World Edit 2 was first introduced in 2022!), and is a perfect base for players to create their own worlds, with just a .package file in your mods folder!
You can add objects to any world with World Edit, but the Desert Bloom Park provides a blank world without boundaries, that you can edit to create your own custom world from scratch!
This blank world is a 768x768 free roaming area (that's the equivalent of 144 giant lots of 64x64!!!), and it doesn't require players to go through any loading screen after loading the world in the first place! This makes it some kind of a semi-open world, which was one of the most requested features in my latest 'Up to You' Survey, and what I love creating the most!

World Cursor, Paint Terrain, Interactive buildings, Open Venues, and much more!
This new edition of World Edit will give you more features than ever to customize worlds, with the new World Cursor for example, which acts like a hub for you to move objects, create trees, interactive buildings, decor objects, or even paint off-lot terrain, create open venues, and so much more!
The new World Cursor on the World Grid, and some of the options available in the new Move Object menu, revealed by shift+click on any object!
You will be able to add Interactive Buildings anywhere with World Edit 3, like a train station, city hall, or a movie theatre, that your sims can explore freely in your own semi-open world! I'm also considering creating more custom interactive buildings, that will act like rabbitholes.

That’s just a glimpse of everything going on behind the scenes. World Edit 3 is going to be one of my biggest mod packs ever, and I’m super excited to announce and release it in the next few weeks! I know World Edit was available at one time, but can you still download other archived games and will they work? Brookheights, farmland legacy?

This is amazing work, something the creators of the Sims 4 need to think about when creating for the game. This is something they could've and should've done like in Sims 3. I can't wait to see the finish product.

Your work is incredible, and I'm so grateful for sharing your wonderful creativity with us. It would be great if you'd consider creating a mod to change the colors of houses, buildings, and trees to pastel shades. This sounds most amazing! I just learned about you and your WE2 and was mind blown. Fantasia had a post about it. Thinking of downloading to give it a try. I am sort of new to TS4…. TS3 die hard but life moves on and so must I. I have been super frustrated about the hand cuffs EA slapped on us with TS4 and this is an answer to my creative prayers. This definitely will put all the sand back in the sand box for us. Looking forward to WE3. TY ❤️❤️❤️
