At first, she was quite curious how someone in Flip-flops was allowed to enter the Presidential Stands and the Restaurant, but after her Shadow informed her that this dumb-looking man was the new Hades, she was utterly dumbfounded.
"He's a little too lucky." He simply said and smiled at her. "And he has a very unique fashion sense."
"Indeed. He has an abominable fashion sense." She nodded her head, as if approving his words, but Keith burst out in chuckles and helplessly shook his head.
Rebecca already had an unfavorable impression of Hades ever since she had learned that he was one of the paramours of Aphrodite. Then there was the blood-feud between Ingrid and him. And today, she learned that he was actually hiding Ingrid's little sister at his base of operations.
Also, the way he greeted Keith lacked in respect, and others might have missed it, but she could clearly see that the Hades was only putting up a facade as he greeted everyone present there. There was a stubborn pride in his bones that did not click right with her.
If all of that was not enough, his fashion sense sealed the deal for her. She was sure that she hated the man, and did not wish to see him again.
The blonde girl was quite disatisfied with Keith for allowing the little girl to be kept at the Purgatory Island for five more years. But after he explained things to her in private, making her understand the current situation of the Underworld, and how pursuing the matter right now would result in a chain reaction which would not be beneficial to them, she finally conceeded.
Hades held a lot of Power in his hands, and according to Keith, he was also a very talented and strong Auror.
Though the man did not look much to her, since Keith said that killing him off right now was not possible, she trusted him on it. At least, his words were clear that he planned on ending the life of this man in the future, which eased her mood a little.
Rebecca quickly school her emotions as more people from the Underworld came forward to greet Keith and her.
Finally, Hermes approached them and informed Keith that the money would be transferred to him through legit channels within 12 hours. And once again, Rebecca was surprised by how meticulous the methods of the Underworld were.
All in all, Keith had made nearly 4.4 Billion Neris today. And even though she was unhappy about only getting 37 Million Neris after wining the Official Bet, she did not pester him to share anything with her. She knew that he needed it all for his future Noxville Projects. And it was not like she was in need of any money.
However, her mood instantly lit up when Leilah sent her a pet as a gift. And he absolutely loved the beautiful creature that was presented to her.
It was a cute little cub of a black panther. And as soon as she accepted it in her arms, her heart warmed up.
The cub was only over a month old, and possessed those haunting yet gorgeous golden eyes that melted her with its cuteness as they curiously looked at her.
"I will call you Void!" She gave it a name and then turned to look at Keith, who was strangely looking at the cub in her arms. "I am not giving him to you!" She playfully declared.
"I know." He chuckled and then gently caressed the head of the cub in her arms, making it purr in contentment.
He did not know what the intentions of Nyx were. But since Rebecca was happy, he would allow her to keep this little mysterious creature.
Yes, it was not a normal panther found in this world. Which was clear to him by how it did now even have a single spot on his coat. All the black panther in this world were actually just the melanistic color variants of leopards and jaguars, but it was not the case with the little cub Rebecca was holding in her arms. Its coat was jet black, so black that it seemed to made out of Darkness.
Keith had several guesses about what it really was, but one thing was certain that It was a very special Magical Beast. However, right now, it could indeed be considered a normal cub as he only sensed very miniscule amount of Mana in its blood.
"Now I have a beautiful cat as a pet too!" The blonde girl suddenly said.
"Yeah. Like you already have not stolen Milo from me." He played along and feigned some dissatisfaction, which amused her. But she returned her attention back to to the beautiful cat in her arms and cooed to it.
Rebecca had fallen in love with Milo ever since she started living at his Manor. And the lazy Mountain Lion started spending a lot of time with her too. Since she lived in his mother's wing, the lazy cat was now usually found in her room, sleeping by the side of her bed. And it was no surprise that they got along so well as the blonde girl was even more lazy than it.
Done with the day, the two of them, along with their Shadows and a cute little cub, reached their Hotel to get some rest.
It was there that Keith announced their plans for the rest of the week. And Rebecca passionately kissed him when he told her that they would be spending a week at a Private Island owned by his Family in Seychelles. He also promised to help her with her Cultivation there.
She did not kiss him because he wanted to help her Cultivate, but she did it because she loved the blue waters and the beeches.
Letting his blonde Fiancee happily play with the beautiful black cub, he excused himself inside the study, where he opened his laptop and logged into May's Brokerage Account.
He was not surpised to find that his investment in the Crypto Currency was now worth Billions. But unfortunately for those who were not aware, the fall was eventual, and only a couple of days away.
Right now, his 420 Million Neris investment was worth exactly 2.3 Billion Neris. And Keith decided to cash out right away.
The Withdrawal request was submitted, and he received a notification that the money would be transferred to his Bank Account within the next six hours. By tomorrow, he would have nearly 8 Billion Neris in his account. Which was more than enough to start on their Projects in Noxville. And in only two more months, he would cash out on his investment in the Technology Company, whose latest Virtual Reality Console was the talk of the town. That Cash Out would earn him just under 5 Billion Neris.
With nearly 13 Billion Neris, all his planned Projects in Noxville could be funded for a year and half, but he needed another 8 to 12 Billion Neris to finish them all within the three years goal he had set for himself.
Luckily, making money was not too hard for him. And once his Social Network would go live, he would be earning Billions by the end of a 24-month period, and not to forget that all the projects under his group were quite profitable.
Keith spent the next hour in meditation. He had picked up the habit from his lovely wife, and for the last few days, he had been practising it to help accumulate the concentration of Mana in his blood.
After that, he left the study to walk towards the bedroom. And he found the blonde girl already fast asleep.
The little black cub was sleeping on his side of the bed, and it's beautiful golden eyes opened when he picked it up and then laid it down on his chest.
Just out of curiosity, he summoned his God Ring and generated the flame of Darkness. And the little cub seemed exited to see it as it leaned in his hand that was covered in darkness.
Itss already jet-black coat gained some more luster wherever the darkness touched it, and then, as if it had just taken a fulfilling meal, the cute cub yawned and rested its head on his chest before closing its eyes.
The little experiment did help him understand some more things about this beautiful creature. It was a creature of Darkness, something that suited him and Rebecca.
He could not help but smile as he imagined Rebecca's reaction at the method he planned on using to help her awaken her Powers.
She had promised to give him his birthday gift later, but it had already been over a month and half. And now, he did not want to wait for it anymore.

Still it would be good and fun for him to find treasures to at least give to his family, friends, subordinates, etc. Plus, at the very least it would make the hero’s less powerful. Also for most cases all it would take is a word for him to send some people to get them.

The thing is that he knows how useless those Artefacts in the lower world are. He's also not interested in some form of Cultivation Technique, since he possess The Devil Sutra. Most of those Artefacts in novels are low level stuff, with some possessing some techniques and others, medical knowledge or some form of inheritance. Maybe nothing really interests him? But there are indeed some things that he wants, such as the ring he gifted to Rebecca as her engagement ring after asking Poseidon to retrieve it from a riverbed. But again, he's not in indeed of anything useless. What the people of this world or the children of Destiny might consider a treasure, may not be a treasure in his eyes. If anything of true value is there for grabs, he will grab it.

In the novels there are always some random powerful artefacts that are laying in the hands of people who don't know what they are and are just keeping them because their parents were keeping them. Can't he find these artefacts and take them before a child of destiny get them?
