[Beta] New SNES game: The Last Super

This month, on November 21st, the SNES turns 30 years old!
To celebrate this birthday, I decided to create a (small) SNES game: The Last Super!
As usual, I'm sharing with the you the first beta of this game to thank you for your continued support! You'll find the SNES rom file attached with this post, to play on your favorite emulator or flashcart!
I voluntarily don't tell you anything about the game (nor how to play it) to avoid interfering with your opinion if you'd like to beta-test it!
The game will be published online for free (ROM download) on November 21st, so you have about 2 weeks to give me feedback if you test the game! :)
If everything goes well, the game should also be available as a cartridge through Catskull games.
Anyway, I hope you'll enjoy the game, and any feedback you can provide me will be very helpful to further polish / improve the game!

Thanks for the extra feedback. What level did you reach so far? (for the last one, level 20, I went all in in the difficulty ;))
The first screens were confusing before I understood them, but easy after I understood them. It then ramps up. So I think so long as you understand the game mechanics, they feel balanced (so far!)
Hi Brian, thanks a lot for your very helpful feedback! (as usual :)). I'll try to add an instruction screen to the game then. Regarding difficulty, do you find the game too easy / too hard / quite balanced?
Took me a bit to figure out the game mechanics... But once I did, it was enjoyable... Perhaps offer up instructions/tutorial on first play?
