2019 Video Schedule

I have been thinking about how I release videos next year, and I wanted to have some more consistency with the release day, but also I wanted to figure out what you want to see. So far this year I have put out 24 update episodes, and in-between all of those I have released quite a few sauce, recipe, how-to, and other miscellaneous videos. I have been releasing videos as I was able to get them completed.For 2019 I will be setting a schedule. I am trying to decide between a video a week or a video every two weeks. Part of that decision is how often I release my Update Episodes. My question to you is, would you be happier with a longer Update Episode once a month (accumulating my updates through the month for a single episode). Or do you prefer more frequent Update Episodes?

I'm hooked. I made a sauce based loosely on your mega batch video and the guys from work were impressed. Thanks for what you do! I love the updates and I'm looking forward to seeing your overwintered plants and how they do next spring. I just started indoor Hydro/areoponics about to months ago to continue producing. Along with your recipes and updates videos, I think it would be great to see indoor Hydro growing or possible a hot sauce copycat series similar to your tabasco videos!
Thanks Jeff. It is a fine balance for me. YouTube's algorithm favours more regular updates, and as much as I would love to I wouldn't be able to make a video every week with a specific topic, recipe, sauce, etc. Hopefully the general update videos don't turn too many people off!
I enjoy the updates, but they are less important to me than narrow topic videos.
Hiya mate. It looks like consensus is getting to the same point! I will still be doing topic specific episodes (like I will be doing a couple on hydroponics setup). But I have the general "updates from the garden" type episodes where I take a look around the garden and the greenhouse, etc...those ones I do a bit of a general look around, but also a bit of a topic focus too. (if that makes sense!)
